All items offered in the The Film Detective Box Set Online Store are produced based on pre-orders and are not stocked as ready to ship items. This means that after the orders are collected we will finish production according to what has been ordered. Because this is not a standard retail shop with stock to pull from, production and delivery of your order is not immediate.
Your payment method will be charged at the time of your order, not at the time of shipping. If you pay via credit card, this transaction will show on your credit card statement as either “IMAGEN” or “PAYPAL*IMAGEN”.
Images of products on this website are virtual, digital representations of the final product. These are approximations of the final products. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products which differ from the images shown on the website.
All sales are final. Due to the “produced to order” nature of the box set program we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. We only accept returns for refund or exchange for manufacturing defects.
To request a refund or exchange you must e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to alert us to the issue. In order to make the process as smooth as possible, in your e-mail you please include:
- Your name and the e-mail address associated with the order
- The order number for the defective item(s)
- A description of the defect
- A photo showing the defect
To complete your return we may require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
We will review the returned item(s) as quickly as possible after receiving the return shipment. Once the return has been reviewed and determined eligible for replacement or refund we will produce the replacement item or refund the original purchase price in 10-15 business days. For refunds the payment processor may take additional time to refund your payment depending on which payment type you selected during the checkout process.
